Public Notice of Replat in the Shaw Burgess Addition

The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Shaw Burgess Addition Lots R1 & R2, a replat of Shaw Burgess Addition Lots 1 & 2, to adjust the lot lines. The property contains ± 13.827 acres of land, recorded in Cabinet J Slide 13 of the Plat Records of Ellis County Texas, located on the south side of Wilson Road, ± 533 feet west of the intersection of Wilson Road and Boyce Road, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Waxahachie, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 1. A copy of the replat request is shown below.

The replat will be presented before the Commissioners’ Court on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
