If your plans for the 4th of July holiday include the purchase and discharge of fireworks, please remember that:
•Fireworks are permitted to be discharged by individuals
in the "unincorporated" areas of the county only ... NOT
within any city limits.
•Permission of the property owner is required before
detonation.
•Fireworks may NOT be discharged from any public
roadway.
•Fireworks may NOT be discharged from a vehicle.

Also, a link has been provided to a "Fireworks Safety Tip Factsheet" that may be helpful as you plan your outdoor activities. Have a safe and happy holiday.
