[ARCHIVED] Public Notice of a Replat in Starks Acres

The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Lot 1AR, Block A, Starks Acres to combine Lots 1 and 2 into one (1) lot for residential use. The property contains ± 2.814 acres of land in the P.Olivari Survey, Abstract No. 812, located on the north side of FM 66, ± 346 feet east of the intersection of FM 66 and Richard Road, Waxahachie, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 3. A copy of the replat request is shown below.

The replat will be presented before the Commissioners’ Court on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
