[ARCHIVED] NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On the FY2022-2023 Ellis County Budget

The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will hold a public hearing on the FY2022-2023 Budget on September 6, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Historic Ellis County Courthouse, Commissioners’ Courtroom (2^nd floor),101 W. Main Street, Waxahachie, Texas.

As proposed, this budget will raise more total property taxes than last year’s budget by an amount of $4,934,547 which is a 7.95% percent increase, and of that amount $4,274,880 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year.
