[ARCHIVED] Public Notice of a Replat in the Ward Estates

The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon an application for a replat of Ward Estates, Lots 6-B-1 and 6-B-2 to legally subdivide the property into two (2) lots of record. The property is located on US Hwy. 77 ± 1,119 feet southwest of Nellie Bell Lane, in the extra-territorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of Italy, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 3.
